Dionis Goat Milk Skin Care - Rebrand -
Objective / Brief: Course long project centered around researching and rebranding a current brand, company or business. I chose to redesign for the cosmetics brand, Dionis Goat Milk Skin Care. I felt that the brand was rich in character and innovation, and really wanted to convey that through their branding and aesthetics. The project was centered around first gathering research and identifying and understanding the core aspects of the brand, including target audience, key values, and brand Mission. Secondly, this research needed to be reflected in all aspects of the rebranding.
Creative Solution: My creative solution to this project was to dial in on the unique selling point of the brand, which I defined as the brands homegrown authenticity, and its natural core ingredient of goat milk. The brands core aspects are reflected in the color palette I created, which is built on colorful earth-tones and nourishing cream and light tan colors. This palette gives a deep sense of naturalness and authenticity, embodying the vibrance of life on the goat farm. To create a logo that is more aligned with the identity of the brand, I incorporated a goat motif that is subtly interconnected with the wordmark. This creates a dynamic logo with the brand name clearly displayed and brand icon cleverly integrated.
